Marmur - Elektroniczne Systemy [Rope Worm 007]
Put out on the circuit via the highly appreciated Rope Worm label operating out of Warsaw / Poland on September 24th, 2k25 is "Elektroniczne Systemy", the most recent three track album by Artur Ruminski and Macio Moretti who are operating under their shared musical alias that is Marmur. Opening with "Ludzkosc" the duo brings forth a combination of raw and rumbling percussive movements for fans of close up Electroacoustic Jazz in combination with calm, floating and rather Ambient-sounding synthscapes for the Indietronica and Post-PostRock posse which are becoming more haunting and ghostly over time, followed by the spatial and subaquatic electroacoustic minimalism of "Drenaz" which is a gem for collectors of what is best described as Deep Listening Music emerging from cavernous subsurface vaults, catering an array of buzzing electric rhythm signatures evolving into a stripped down, yet dark and somewhat abrasive take on IDM / Electronica whereas the final cut that is "Objazd" caters a raw, rather glitched out and probably Breakcore-infused variation on heavy Industrial Electronics and Rhythmic Noize experimentations for the darkest of dark underground dancefloors. Only for the headstrong. Go check!
