James What - It Feels Wrong [Poker Flat Recordings 121 Promo]

Recently released via Poker Flat Recordings is James What's latest tune named "It Feels Wrong" which is - although the A-side of my promo copy has been partly destroyed throughout the pressing process - a deep, seductive piece of TechHouse for sexy late night sets including not only steamingly hot vocal snippets but also the sweetest chords heard in a while and an ever changing Chicago'esque synth figure. On the flip Lee Curtiss is on remix duties providing not many but effective changes as adding a darker, rolling bassline, driving claps, a wild pitch-influenced attitude plus speeding up things generally which turns the whole track from late night to prime time. Another track named "In The Dark" is to be found as additional B2 which can be called another sexed-up piece floating on a deeper vibe and providing a more embracing feel, sweet synth-lines as well and nicely programmed tribal-percussions that are steaming up things in the background. Do not miss.
