Band Ane - Anish Music V [Clang Records 047 Promo]

Put on the circuit via the ever active Clang imprint on December 9th, 2016 is the new digital single by Band Ane entitled "Anish Music V" which caters a musical journey of roughly 21 minutes spread over three tracks of which the opener "Borrowed" takes us into a wonderland of warm and embracing, slightly crackly Ambient characterized by spaced out synth tones, heavenly pads and an otherworldly atmosphere. Flying into a twisted "Vultimerse" with the next tune we're exploring more music of a similar kind, floating along beautifully structured bass notes and shimmering textures, nicely contrasted by some harsh, distorted and disturbing sonic eruptions from minute 2 onwards before the final tune "The Pool" provides more Ambient goodness but, as an exception from the norm, even features short voice bits by Ane Østergaard, the Danish artist and composer behind the Band Ane project which actually is comprised of her and her laptop as main members.
