Tre Mission - Stigmata [Big Dada Promo]

When it comes to Grime in Toronto / Canada it's the man Tre Mission representing for years and finally he has his first full length album ting on the streets via Ninja Tune's sister imprint Big Dada since earlier this month and it's defo a good ting for sure. Serving a wide range of heavy collabo tunes like "Real Grind" featuring the heavyweight voices of the angelic Andreena and mighty Wiley on microphone duties, the crowd murking crime scene cut "Rally" featuring JME or the super lively, PostJungle-influenced killer clash "Jack Pot" featuring Merky  Ace that's spelling S-T-R-E-E-T G-R-I-M-E in capitals stretched out over four minutes, Tre Mission is on fire telling sad hood stories on Caribbean-influenced slow jams like "Jessica" alongside the Canadian rap artist K-OS while he goes even tender IndiePop vs. HipHop with the semi-acoustic "Money Make (Her)" which is the second Andreena feature on "Stigmata", a tune that even might break into more commercial realms for being a perfect single that's also able to sneak onto daytime radio even. With "Get Doe" featuring Saukrates Tre Mission caters HipHop on a psyched out stop-and-go level that's about to trick a lot of DJ's out there, "Boy In The Corner" is about to please the bass loving Trap crowd as well as sex-dripping late night dancers on the hunt whilst "Milly" sends Grimeists to heaven with super low 808s, sick beats and a oriental sounding synth line calling out for a reload. On repeat for a reason.
