Released on October 10th, 2k23 via the artist run Zarkon Records imprint is "8", the eighth consecutive digital single on the label by the mysterious artist not known to many as Zark. Opening with "8.1" the producer caters a deep, trippy and well hypnotic and mind-bending variation of stripped down Techno for extended raves taking places in exoplanetary swaths of swamp whereas the subsequent cut aptly named "8.2" brings forth a slightly gnarlier take on Cologne-oriented Minimal Techno sporting raw minimalist midrange bass synths, sharp, slightly shuffled hi-hat figures as well as references to contemporary harmonic DubTechno efforts brought to dancefloors by labels like Echochord and the likes of.
