Anduin - Last Days Of Montrose House [Infinite Greyscale 006 Promo]

Coming in from the Berlin-based offices of the experimental Infinite Greyscale-imprint is "Last Days Of Montrose House" - a beautiful one-sided, limited to 300 hand-numbered copies grey vinyl 10" produced by Anduin, better known as Jonathan Lee to his family, with a silkscreen printed flipside and a bunch of nice additional inserts. Resembling Dark / Death Ambient with a twist that will surely appeal to admirers of projects as legendary as Kallabris but coming across serving an ever morphing, constantly changing perspective on tone and athmosphere going from calm and harmonic into more dark and threatening territories whilst catering non-dancefloor crowds with slow, heavy and highly compressed beat structures before a short innocent breakdown reminisces of fairies and other magical creatures that are - in the further progress of the tune - accompanied by highly digital swamp sounds and haunting, unspecified animal calls appearing somewhere in the very background. A surely interesting and well-fascinating journey for all lovers of Deep Listening Music.
