baze.djunkiii Charts 07/2015

01. Djipe - Misophonia [Bang A Rang 007]
That's what we'd call a comeback with a bang. After six years of silence the Peace Off-offshoot Bang A Rang is back on track with this limited to 300 copies, beautiful green vinyl that brings us the four track label debut of the Netherlands-based producer Jasper Gilissen a.k.a. Djipe who perfectly fuses hard-as-fuck stomping Hardcore with elements of brutal Industrial Drum'n'Bass and Breakcore - a lethal weapon in terms of sonic ultrawar including dark, mental hits like the psyched out, heavy-hitting and Punk-citing "Blackout" or the half-time to to overdrive killer tune "Protest". Not to be missed.

02. R & B - Edits [Blueprint Limited 006]
Limited whitelabel business on James Ruskin's classic Techno imprint and no-one's dealing with cheesy R'n'B here. It's Mr. Ruskin and Mark Broom who are joining force under the name of R & B, serving untitled, but excellently crafted Broken Techno on the stamped A-side whilst the flip caters the needs of all those loving their straight up, functional Techno and steadily morphing basslines right. Good stuff.

05. Okain - Coma [Upon.You Records 094 Promo]
The French DJ / producer Samuel Thalmann a.k.a. Okain comes up with a new 12" on Upon. You Records these days, serving fast-paced TechHouse with the title track whilst both "Silver Door" and the vinyl only tune "Karma" are dealing with the groovier side of the genre. Nice.

06. Loyoto - Looking At The Starz [Upon. You Records 092 Promo]
Loyoto - the new project of Berlin's DJ Cle of Märtini Brös.-fame and Eva Be. Together they're exploring the borderline between deep TechHouse and DubTechno with two classy, nicely floating tunes whilst Upon. You label head Marco Resmann reworks the title track in a slightly techier manner, adding some thrilling sawtooth synth works and bouncy drums to spice up things for peaktime abuse.

07. Pas Musique - Inside The Spectrum [Alrealon Musique 016 Promo]
